Three to a SeatYears after the death of his mother, Donnie Torres answers an ad which rents him the keys to a haunted house ("guaranteed to solve your terrors"). His two best friends agree to help him flip it, not realizing that this is less a project for the most eccentric among them and more a way to adapt how he processed death. Thus begins a race to solve increasingly more personal and threatening riddles that leave him wondering how much of this is a joke...and which of his friends he can count on.
